Compass Rose shall offer Services related to:

A. The development and building up of networks in LR-countries and in new markets resp. countries

This includes especially:

  • checking suitable business opportunities for the Company with particular emphasis to the potentials of new markets
  • developing effective marketing plans and/or strategies to recruit, to retain and to develop key partners and ultimately to increase Company’s sales targets
  • monitoring and reviewing the progress of networks through questionnaires and consultations with Country & Sales Managers

B. The conceptual design and provision of trainings to existing and/or prospective LR distribution partners, especially leaders

This includes in particular:

  • promoting and inculcating Company’s philosophy, values and needed mentality to LR partners and LR networks
  • enforcing knowledge sharing how to promote LR products, how to recruit, to sponsor new partners, to create managers, to develop leaders and finally how to build strong LR networks
  • ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of training events (meetings, seminars & academies) and special projects
  • managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting large or small scale training programs
  • mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programs for the networks of LR partners according to the local market needs and prevailing circumstances
  • amending and revising educational programs in order to adapt to changes occurring in the local environment
  • choosing appropriate training methods per case [(products or marketing plan) (sales strategies, networking expansion ways, sponsoring new partners, leadership, mentoring, etc.)]
  • using accepted education principles and tracking new training methods and techniques
  • designing and preparing educational aids and materials
  • providing train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • identifying training and development needs within a country through KPIs analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the Country & Sales Managers
  • working in a team to produce educational programs and projects that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the Company, such as CEO, VP, Country & Sales Managers
  • developing effective recruitment programs
  • producing training materials
  • assisting Country & Sales Managers and local trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
